Most small offices take one to three weeks from planning to cut-over. The switch itself happens overnight or over a weekend, so nobody has to stop working.
If you handle client, patient or financial data, or your staff use laptops outside the office, Premium is usually worth it. Its device management and Conditional Access block most account takeovers. Many offices mix plans, and we’ll recommend the right one for each person.
You don’t have to move everything. Many clients keep a server for one application and move email and files to Microsoft 365. We’ll show you the options and costs and let you decide.
