Frequently asked questions

How is pricing calculated?

Plans are priced per user or per device, based on how many people, computers and locations you have and which plan fits. We start with a free assessment, then send a written quote, so you know the monthly cost up front.

What counts as a user?

A user is a person who works on a computer, email account or phone that we support. Shared devices, like a front-desk PC or a conference room, are counted as devices instead.

Is on-site support included?

Professional and Complete include on-site support. Essentials covers remote support, and on-site visits are billed as needed.

Is there a long-term contract?

Agreement terms are spelled out in your quote, and we go over them with you before you sign anything.

What happens when we start?

We review your network, devices, backups and security, document everything, fix anything urgent, and install our monitoring and security tools. Your team gets access to the client portal on day one.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. You can move up or down a plan, or add and remove users, as your business changes.

Do you support both Windows and Mac?

Yes. We manage Windows PCs, Macs, iPhones and iPads, along with servers, printers and network equipment.

Do you do one-time projects without a plan?

Yes. Network installs, cabling, cameras, phone systems, websites and office moves can all be quoted as one-time projects.

How do we get support?

Submit a ticket in the client portal, email our help desk, or call us. Urgent issues should always be called in.
